GREEVES 250

60's classic trials bike

GREEVES 250 Description

1963 Greeves Scottish 250 2 stroke Pre-65 eligible Trials bike.

Villiers engine.

Factory Box section swingarm and conventional MP style telescopic forks fitted instead of the Earles leading Link forks favoured by the factory.

Full Pre 65 Twin Shock Trials spec with Lightweight Alloy Trials tank.

Greeves were a big name in the Off-road world for their lightweight, high performance Trials and Scrambles machines and a pioneer for using 2 stroke engines as opposed to the bigger, heavier 4 stroke engines most manufacturers used at that time.

This 60+ year old machine is proof of the quality of the product, yes it does have some battle scars and has been used in trials competitions but it also still looks as good today as it did all those years back.

This bike comes with a small amount of paperwork and Reg documentation, this machine is being sold as a collector’s item, part of a stunning private collection of Vintage and Classic machines that have all been dry stored for several of years and will require recommissioning prior to use.

Please note that historical classic vehicles are sold as an investment opportunity and are not supplied under the same terms and conditions as a modern day running motorcycle.

Please Call or WhatsApp Chat 07 55 77 99 715 for more information regarding this classic machine.
