The following terms and conditions are for use with anyone that want to post advert for motorcycles or scooter through the motodealers.co.uk portal (MD). MD is owned by MD TRADER Unit A 82 James Carter Road Mildenhall Suffolk IP28 7DE United Kingdom (BR). Posting an advertisement on MD is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
Private Sellers Only
Online advertising is for UK private advertisers only. Dealers can post ads after registering an account and all ads must clearly inform MD visitors that the ad is from a dealer.
Placing advert
In order to place an ad, you must fill in all the fields of the forms in accordance with the truth and the best knowledge you have about the advertised motorcycle. The MD portal is not responsible for incorrect data provided.
Submitting an advertisement on the MD portal is free for 4 weeks. After this period, we will ask you to confirm the validity of your ad and renew it for another free period of 4 weeks. Renewal of the advertisement may occur multiple times.
We reserve the right to make corrections in advertisements, styling and content.
Booster advert
Each free advertisement can be strengthened by purchasing one of the proposed packages at attractive prices. After selecting the appropriate booster package, you will be asked to make a payment.
You will be redirected to the STRIPE payment gateway page to pay for your ad boost. After the payment is completed, you will automatically return to the MD Portal.
We reserve the right to refuse to publish an advertisement if it is inconsistent with our regulations without giving reasons.
MD Portal does not store payment details such as card numbers, expiration dates and cvv code. We only receive payment status information from the STRIPE payment gateway.
