A very unusual 1988 Honda JAZZ 50cc, imported from Japan and now UK registered.
Currently owned by Michiko Koshino, the internationally recognised Japanese fashion designer, this motorcycle has a particularly interesting connection to Japanese fashion, design and motorcycle culture.
The motorcycle was specially assembled in Japan using Honda JAZZ parts and was produced by the former owner of a racing-suit manufacturing workshop in Nagoya.
It is understood to have a slightly longer overall length than a standard Honda JAZZ.
The bike carries distinctive “MOTOR KING – Presented Michiko Koshino” detailing and the unusual YEN 100 registration plate.
The motorcycle has also been featured in magazines, adding to its history and provenance.
